Better AI, movement changes

The AI has been greatly improved, from city locations, city expansion, and mission selection. I would at some point like to have the AIs aggression be configurable.
Movement has changed. You can no longer move to any visible square. You can travel 1 day which is up to 3 tiles. The lords movement cost is the same as an expeditions which makes it easier to reason about if you want to send an expedition.
Upcoming Changes:
More Items, faster combat, Mission overtake. Mission overtake means that a mission will only support 1 expedition but another team can overtake that expedition if they can accomplish the task faster.
