Encounter Updates

Encounters now show a chance bar indicating the odds of a success. Encounter objects also vary in difficulty indicated by the colored triangle. I have also added a number of items to find. Lastly camps can be moved into the water as a ship but they will not be able to upgrade to a town while in water.
